Kathy has been in real estate for over 34 years and has consistently been one of the top producers in her office. She has worked as both a Broker‐Salesperson and a Sales Manager and was the Co‐Owner of The Muscatell/Wagner Team for 13 years. She specializes in listings and works at Keller Williams Tampa Properties with The Delgado Home Team. Kathy has been certified as a relocation professional and has earned both her Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) & Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designations. She currently holds both her Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designations.
