If you don’t already have a Certificate of Eligibility (COE), you can get one online by going to your eBenefits portal. Tampa One is an approved VA Loan lender. Before you try to get approves yourself, know that not all cases can be processed through Web LGY – only those for which VA has sufficient data in their records.
Many people are eligible for VA Loans even if they have not personally served in the armed forces. This includes the spouse of a service member who has either died or has a service related disability. Other eligible applicant include, veterans who have served 90 consecutive days during wartime, 181 days during peacetime, more than 6 years in the national guard or reserves or active duty service members.

  • Statement of Service Letter
  • DD214 (if applicable)
  • Certificate of Eligibility (if available)
  • Clear copy of your Driver’s License or Green Card if not US Citizen.
  • Two or more current, consecutive pay stubs; to equal one full month of pay
  • Last two years of W-2’s or 1099’s
  • Last two years of complete tax returns with all schedules.
  • Two current months of bank statements on all accounts, including pages intentionally left blank
